Do you feel like you have to crack your joints in order to prevent something bad from happening?  http://www.cryptocurrencytradingcn.com

Do you feel that no matter how many times you do it or how often you do that you never really find true relief. If it really would prevent whatever you fear would happen, why do you keep having to do the same ritual to prevent the same thing?

It really doesn’t make any sense does it?

But you do it anyway? Why is that? Because it’s your coping mechanism. As silly as it sounds, you have decided that by cracking your knuckles, you’re going to be able to control or influence a situation.

This sounds pretty silly right? Well, that’s because it is, it’s called OCD and when you get down too it, all rituals are just silly and make no sense. Rituals are based in reality sometimes, but through a set of really bizarre and twisted associations, an insane result comes out. Performing a ritual that has nothing to do with the situation you are trying to prevent by doing this ritual.

This does not mean that you are going insane or crazy. It means that you have made a faulty association. If you crack your joints this is not going to affect whatever bad thing you think will happen if you don’t.

Take action: Realize that if you crack your joints, you’re only harming yourself and the act in itself does not affect anything else in the way that you think it will, the only thing it affects is your mind and your mind your actions and your actions the world around you.

You don’t need to crack your joints or perform any rituals, you need to go out in the world and take action by getting busy with life and doing away with rituals. I believe in you and I know you can do it. Say no to rituals, the next time you feel like you need to crack your joints, don’t, unless a doctor specifically tells you to do so.
